C# Reconcile two small programs

I need to reconcile two small C# programs. One is my main application, and one is a simple application that performs some key changes to word documents. I haven't been able to reconcile my code with this other example project. It could be a simple thing, but it could require a few hours, depending on your level of expertise. Mine is not great when it comes to C#. If you can accomplish this I'll offer you more work completing additional features to this program until it's completed. I'll provide my project (sln) and the other example project (csproj) after acceptance of the bid. I'll also provide the vb project I'm trying to port over, feature-for-feature. I'm trying to pick up an open word document and save it out to the hard drive as both .doc/x and .htm.
