A plugin for Autodesk Revit which will allow the user to output a table with data derived from area calculations made in the model, separated to categories previously defined (aka indoor areas, common areas, exterior etc). The table will also make calculations of total areas. The table should be made inside the model as a new sheet ready to be printed. Please see attached examples of area calculation and required output table.

Plugin development will cost you more I have a more dynamic option for you. I can write a dynamo script for you that will fulfill your requirement.
