Help setting up liquid filling capping labeling industry

We are looking to set up our own small scale automated liquid filling industry and need some consulting help. You should have experience in setting up, using or selling these kind of machines. Our requirements: - Heating and mixing the ingredients, mainly consistent of water and salt. This can be done seperated from automated line - Automated line for filling, capping and labeling - Need to handle at least: 100ml, 200ml and 500ml bottles similar to attached image - Bottles use, spray pump caps with "straw" so capping should be able to handle this - Low volume, 600pcs/hour is fine - Automated packing is optional Your job would be to help us in this, guide us through questions like: What should we think about when planning the factory? What machines to get or avoid? What usually breaks or creates issues? Costs? What to think about when getting bottles?
