Hi I have been part of implementations of call manager with Nortel integration. Have taken care of Verint Impact 360 recorders and Cybertech recorders with Cisco. Have also worked with vendors for integrating Voxtron voice engine with Cisco. Added to these have taken care of issues working with Cisco TAC.
