Sales Proposal for product

I have a client that might order i need to properly put together the product proposal letter. for this is a big sale. i need an appealing proposal for this client. you will get commission on the sale.. im generous so i will give you 2% of the sale.. if the sale goes through the will be ordering a 40x40 crate so you will get 2% of like 40thousand commission it very important that the proposal is done expertly i do not want to miss the oppourtunity to get this client. sealed. that why im willing to share so much with you.. i need you to show me some examples of your work. if you dont want commission dont bid. like i said its very important that we get this big client. so its needs to be done perfectly and be very appealing to the client. thanks so much i would like to respond to the client in 1 day. so be prompt and fast i try doing some research on google but didnt find what i was looking for. so i think some one with exprience will know what to do to get the information structured in such away that the client will order this big amount of product from me.. thank you
