SEO & Copywriting Expert Needed

Please note that I have no idea how much this project should cost.
I am in the process of having my website built and I have written the content for the Policy & Procedure pages (7-8 pages). However, they need a professional touch, and I would like an expert to review and edit the material.
In addition, I also wrote the descriptions for several of my products (approximately 60) and I need a professional to review the content and edit the descriptions to ensure optimal SEO. A picture of the product will be included with each description for your reference.
I would also like the SEO expert to review my product category titles and recommend alternatives to best optimize the site.
The bidder should have extensive knowledge in building web content and thoroughly understand SEO in relation to web design.
Only providers with a significant number of feedback (35+) will be considered for this project.
I would prefer to find one person or company to complete the entire project. However, if your skills fall under copywriter and not SEO you may bid on that part of the project. The same goes for the SEO experts. Just please be clear about your skills in the PM and bid accordingly.
This will hopefully be a long term relationship as this project will be ongoing and I will need someone to write articles for a blog.
I thought I should mention that the content and product descriptions are for an eCommerce site that sells handbags and jewelry.
