Social network and forum promotion of Forex Trading blog

I run a blog dedicated to automated forex trading strategies and would like to promote it at various forex forums and possibly other social networking strategies. I will provide a list with relevant forums. The blog has quite a lot of high quality content that could be used during the promotion campaign. I have a budget of USD 30 for this project.
