Job-ul va consta in redactarea unor texte persuasive pentru zona de home decor si interior design, scopul final fiind cresterea ratei de conversie cand vine vorba de vanzari. Cautam o persoana pasionata cu adevarat de zona de copywriting si alaturi de care sa construim o relatie pe termen lung. Persoana potrivita va lucra alaturi de o echipa care are le dispozitie bugete mari, asa ca performanta e un punct cheie al companiei noastre. Colegul ideal pentru acest job trebuie sa inteleaga si sa fie pasionat de: -copywriting persuasiv care are ca scop final vanzarea -psihologie economica si "what makes people buy" -imaginatie bogata ce poate fi transpusa in cuvinte cu usurinta -people skills- intelegerea nivelului intelectual al clientilor si redactarea textelor in consecinta -nivel mediu/ridicat dpdv al limbii engleze (chiar daca job-ul presupune texte redactate in limba romana) -atentie la detalii in adevaratul sens al cuvantului -good computer skills -pasiune pentru zona de inteligenta emotionala (consumer behaviour/impulse buying in special) SAU dorinta de a invata ce inseamna asta si cum o transpunem in cuvinte -punctualitate -seriozitate -ambitie si dorinta de performanta cu adevarat Un portofoliu sau experienta anterioara constituie un avantaj dar nu e o cerinta obligatorie.
