QtCoin needs receive coin & wallet work.

Most of the GUI and functions are already implemented, only thing left to do is validation and send receive coins for server and client. RXTX files. send coins is already working so you can see it in action already. A pickup coins system needs to be implemented for offline transactions, basically the user puts the coins into the frontend servers [login to view URL] file for the user to download and verify the coins in offline mode it wont prevent double spending but should help establish some kinda verification system look in verifycoins.h for the rxtx work. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] design document not much but its all i am giving for the project the rest you can ask about if needed. need a reliable developer with freetime to finish the project , I was able to write the codebase in 1 month but became unable to finish due to mental health issues. have went through 2 other developers too trying to work on it. budget is $800-max $1000 dollars and duedate is 2-3 months. I need atleast until july to have all the money but can get it sooner if necessary. There is work for it after and its opensource also worth money so I hope you can enjoy the project as much as I did. I also know how to implement extra multidimensional features into it (send transaction multiple times within 10 min to make sure the transaction was sent in proper dimension)
