TSV to JSON converter using c++

Create a function that can read a .tsv file and parse it into the attached JSON format using CJSON library. The function should return a string which is the JSON. The json must contain an object array called "pings" which will have a subobject for each ping containing information for each interface. Each ping MUST have a vpn, wifi and cell object even if the information doesn't exist (should contain default values as seen in the example json file for "cell" object) in the tsv. "cell", "wifi" and "vpn" can be grouped based on their timestamps (sent time) from the tsv.
