upgrade a c#/xml project from Visual Studio 2015 to visual studio 2017

Hello. Usually it;s easy to upgrade. Recently I completed something similar. I have installed both VS2015 and VS2015 on my computer, therefore I have everything to complete this project

When you say "Upgrade to VS2017" then it means only to make it run in VS2017 or you want Framework Upgrade to? I will give my price and timelines once I get confirmation about above question. I have been using visual studio 2017 since it's beta's along with .Net core and c++ and the have alot off experience migrating projects from vs2015, vs15 aka vs2017 beta and vs 2017

I am very much familiar about upgrading projects from older to VS 2017. Thus I can estimate the project very easily.
