create fonts from image files

I have an JPG file of 20 font sets. I need each font set created in its own font file that I can use in word, import into FLASH, etc. All fonts must match the size of ARIAL. This means that the letter "A" WIDE LATIN and the number "8" from IMPACT will be the same height at size 24 (which will be the same height as ARIAL at size 24). In order to be considered for this project, please complete the above instructions for the two fonts I have attached in the image file([login to view URL]). I need this projet completed ASAP so chances are that whomever completes the font first (with a reasonable bid) will be selected for the project. PM me if you have questions. Good luck! -Tony
