I am very interested in applying for the Customer Service Position. I have been a customer service representative for 8 years which primarily handled voice, email, and live chat. In which I am fit for the job. My roles in being a customer representative were taking inbound calls for product inquiries and contract renewals, billing inquiry, payment and order processing. Upselling for service add-ons and features. I do Outbound calls for Follow-up and Order Tracking. I also do follow-ups for customer complaints and return/exchange process.
Apart from being a Customer Service representative, I have been a Virtual Assistant which also performs being a Lead Generation Specialist, Data researcher, and a Data Miner. I also managed the company website for newsletters and article updates. I also compile the monthly expenses and receipts (bookkeeping).
