We need a customer support person instructing users of our iOS applications. Customers contact us using e-mail or Facebook if they are facing issues using our apps. They expect quick reply so ideally they are replied within hours, but we don't expect you to be available 24 hours a day. There are some common (around 10) issues customers are facing and we have solutions for them. You are given list of common issues with solutions and are expected to reply customers. When new issues occur you should ask us how to proceed. You are required to have computer with internet connection and have fluent English skills. Previous experience in customer support is considered advantage. Most of our customers are based in US so you should be available to reply when they are contacting us.
