We are looking for someone that has 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks (Online AND Desktop) who can help our customers with basic QB integration questions and troubleshoot any issues they have (such as items not syncing from one system to another, ensuring Products/Services are setup correctly, etc). We provide online construction software. You will NOT be acting as a bookkeeper or accountant. You will use your knowledge of QB to help others connect to our system. This may also include talking on the phone. When you are not assisting someone with QB, you will be helping customers with other features in our system (using live chat). QB support will consume about 15% of your time. We are accepting bids for $3-$5/hr (based on experience). Bid your best bid to be considered. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term job, not someone who is on freelancer each week looking for something new. If that is you, do not submit your bid. If you are looking for something stable and are tired of wasting time jumping from one job to the next, we want you. We will train you how to use our software but you are expected to already know how to use QuickBooks Online and Desktop. I need to know that you are able to follow instructions so when you reply, answer ALL of the following questions.
