We are seeking Full-charge Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant with 3-5 years of solid high volume, recent experience at a CPA firm, to join their Account Services team! Responsibilities: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop & QB Online Experience with Account Payables, Bank Reconciliations, Payroll processing, preparation of sales tax returns, W2s, 1099’s and journal entries. Preparation of General Ledger, Profit & Loss Reports, Balance Sheets. Ability to prepare accurate financial statements including P&L, balance, and cash flow analysis. YE closing and ability to interface with accountant, providing all necessary reports and documentation to complete tax returns. Qualifications: Must have experience working in a public accounting firm with Bookkeeper services; Recent experience QuickBooks & Quickbooks online is a required for this position; Experience working within a high volume & face paced environment is a must; Excellent communication and follow up skills; Ability to prioritize work perform under time constraints and meet deadlines; strong sense of urgency; Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently. Highly organized, detail oriented and responsible; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Familiarity with Sales Tax is a big plus; Highly dependable and timely.
