Hi I've gone through your excel file. I have few doubts: 1. Duplicate entries. 2. "-" as Customer name. 3. Staff name available in customer name. Like as said above, there're lots of unreal customer name available for which we can't find address for them. My bid will be applicable only for this type of excel sheet. Hello, I have had experience cleaning address data up as I implemented a geographically based reporting dashboard for a sales team i worked for. Cleaning the data and updating it with correct address should be no problem and can be scripted using SQL. Is this data that will regularly get updated or will it be a one time update? Best, Caden
