I have a degree in Bilingual Secretarial Studies and a 17 years working experience in the Administrative field mostly as an Administrative Assistant which is exactly what you need. I have a vast knowledge and am quite proficient in Office Management and Administration which entails Front desk reception, being polite to visitors and staff, handling both incoming and outgoing mails/emails and calls, creating documents with the required packages and forwarding to those concerned, control operating budgets, screen calls and respond to enquiries or forward calls if need be, respond to complaints or escalate if need be, carry out various types of research, good at maths thus able to carry out some accounting tasks as required while using the prescribed applications, maintain accurate records as required and retrieve them when needed, pay attention to detail, able to work with little or no supervision and work well under pressure. I am able to follow instructions, have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and a great command of the English Language. I am also skilled in the use of Excel and other Microsoft office packages while willing and able to learn new systems in my line of work each and everyday. I can also work quite well within and cross teams. I am skilled in taking initiative and always follow through on jobs. I never quit or disappoint clients. I am trustworthy, perform tasks efficiently and effectively and have a high sense of confidentiality. I honestly believe that I am who/what you are looking for and need in your esteemed organisation.
