A Spanish speaker is highly recommended. Are you comfortable with calling leads on a daily/weekly basis? MORE THAN HALF (almost) of the numbers don't work and/or the number was changed. I would like to see which homeowners with a working and correct phone number are willing to sell their house. Quick notes will be taken in the excel sheet provided when calling such as "Number Changed, Number Not Working, Non-Motivated Seller, Motivated Seller (Call Back), etc" The requirements include, after READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE CALL COLOR ORGANIZATION, is: 1. You are able to follow the simple rules 2. Able to call homeowners during USA central timezone 3. Able to call and carry on a conversation regardless of real estate experience with simple questions with fluidity in conversations.
