Virtual Assistant and Report Facilitator with strong emphasis on Digital Marketing & Data Analytics.
Provide crucial management support by pulling data from company CRM’s to produce specific reports and KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Produce Company reports in an accurate, timely and efficient manner by ensuring data being used in the reports is correct and that the accuracy of the reports being created is 100% accurate.
• Check Company CRM’s to ensure information that will be used for reporting is completed.
• Download mailing lists from multiple MLS databases and prepare in a specific format.
• Pull reports from company CRM’s and copy into spreadsheet.
• Format new spreadsheet reports to match format template for each report.
• Create formulas within the new spreadsheet report for specified calculations such as sums, averages, percentages etc.
• Tie in daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports to the previous time period for each report.
• Triple check all reports for accuracy.
• Highlight sections on the reports that need attention from the managers based on certain triggers provided by the company.
• Email reports daily to direct managers responsible for each report be a specific time every day.
QUALIFICATION:
• Specialized Knowledge: Advanced knowledge and experiment in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets (Must be proficient in advanced formulas, filters, importing text files, worksheet formulas, charts, data sorting).
• Abilities: to be able to work under deadlines and follow specific instructions.
