Virtual Assistant - Permanent Full Time - Added Valuation

Added Valuation is a small valuation firm based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. We have a team of 3 Registered property valuers, and two existing support staff on site in our Napier office. We are now looking for a virtual assistant to join our team on a full time basis. The job will involve doing repetitive administration tasks and online data mining of property details for our database. The tasks undertaken are expected to grow over time, and as we gain confidence in the assistants abilities. Tasks will include: 1. Searching online real estate advertisements in our area of operation, and copying information from those adverts into our online software database. 2. Checking our system for sales of properties previously advertised, and matching sales to advertisements. 3. Reviewing our database for new land sales, and coding accordingly. 4. Adding land sales from other online sources. 5. After valuations have been completed, extracting information from those valuations for the database. 6. Ad hoc jobs as assigned. 7. Searching online databases, and creating lists of new contacts (e.g. new Real Estate Agents), and adding them into our system. We are looking to do a trial period initially with a few promising candidates, and then enter into an ongoing permanent arrangement with the successful candidate. We are looking to employ someone on a full time basis (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). The successful applicant would not need to work the same hours as we do here in New Zealand, however would be expected to have some crossover with New Zealand hours of at least 4 hours per day to facilitate communication. So this might work perfectly for someone in the Philippines or from a similar time zone. Our office is open from about 8.00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. You will require a PC with a good internet connection. The PC should have at least two screens (three or four screens may be of additional assistance), as the task can require a number of screens. Most communication would be via either skype or email. The successful candidate will need good English skills and good computer skills. Please provide a full CV. To avoid you wasting your time submitting if your rate is too high, we will be paying no more than $4 USD/hour, and our expectation is closer to $3USD/hour which is equivilant to $4.50 New Zealand Dollars/hour. Preference will be given to the right candidates with lower hourly rates.
