Extract images and content from PDFs

I don't think there is an automatic way to do this, so its going to be a long labourious task for someone. We have a number of PDFs from a supplier - a sample is attached to this project brief. We need someone to take each of these PDFs and extract the product image, save it and then in a spreadsheet (image file name only not an embedded image) along with fields for the various other elements from the PDF (code, size, pack qty, product name etc - we will supply a suitable blank spreadsheet for this) We cannot even estimate how many products there are - however there are approximately 20 PDFs Realistic bids please.
