Database Validation

A large database needs to be customized, validated and parts of it exported in a flat database to be used in MS-Access. Requires extensive DBA skills. Please do not respond if you have any doubts regarding your skills!? Here is some info to give you more idea: - Import zipped and divided large (20, 38 Gig) database in to Oracle in Linux or Windows environment. Say this is the database "a" - Run series of SQL commands to provide me with what field names exist in the database "a" and some sample data for those fields in .csv format, - Run SQL commands to extract data from specified fields as per requirements, in to blank database "b" which will have fields with a different naming conventions so that we can create the custom database we need. Now we have a new, smaller database with x number of records in database "b", - Validate data database "b" against existing another database "c" both ways. At this point we do not know which database information is the correct one but at least we know that there are records with fields that contain wrong spelling or other problems. - Figure out + how many more records database "b" has over database "c" ? + Extract those extra and/or faulty records in database "b" over database "c" to be validated. This new database will be the database "d" to be validated against another database we will have and keep "the database "d" in Oracle for that future work. Validation of this is not part of this project. This work will be repeated quarterly, perhaps another similar project will be added periodically which bring the DBA we are looking for extra revenue. For data security reasons, as well as our commitment to our customers, we keep some level of data security procedures in place. None disclosure agreement must be signed and the work must be don on our machine and on our premises in person - each and every time.
