Simple Google Sheets Script

Hello This is a simple project. We have a .csv spreadsheet sent daily to us in gmail (Filename with date). We currently use a script to save this to our Drive daily. There is a Google Sheet which holds some data which needs to be updated (with new data coming in through .csv). We need a script that goes into the latest downloaded .csv file in a folder (by date is best), extracts a range, and copies it into the Google Sheet we already have. We need to be able to set this script to run daily at a certain time. The end of the script has to sort by one of the columns.
