Build a sample UI with Delphi 10.3

Build with Delphi 10.3 (or compatible) the attached user interface. (attached is a screenshot of the desired user interface, if you cannot see it, please send me a message and I will send the image). Things to note: 1) There is no need to implement the text editor (the center panel). A TMemo can be used there in this demo use. 2) The UI will use standard Windows frame (i.e. the window caption bar is standard, nothing custom to be done there). 3) The chart in the left panel is dynamically generated by the UI. If user takes mouse cursor over the peaks of each value, the integer value is shown as a tooltip. 4) The chart in the left panel is resized if the left panel size is changed by dragging the three dots area in the separator line between the panels. The chart always has the same height as the window. That is, if the window is resized, the chart is redrawn. 5) The "selection mode" radio buttons are standard TRadioButton 6) The boxes on the right can be drag and dropped to change their order in the right panel. This must work smoothly and the box must be visible while drag. If the drop is invalid (e.g. outside of the area), it will return to its original place. 7) The boxes on the right side are resized automatically based on the width of the right panel. 8) The width of the right panel can be changed by the user by dragging the three dots area of the separating line. 9) When mouse cursor is moved over any of the box, the gear icon at the top right corner and a TCheckbox without any text are shown in the bottom right corner. 10) The colorful boxes have the checkbox checked. If it is unchecked, the background color of the box turns to white, and vise versa. Notice: this must also change the gear icon. There will be light colored gear icon to be used in the boxes with colorful background and a silver gear icon for the boxes with the white background. This is an UI implementation job only. The application developed in this project does not do any actual analysis of the text. Only the UI.
