Tasking and Chat function in Django

Requirement: Django web framework: Python 3.7 Leaflet SQLite Description: Title: Covid monitoring app In an area consisting different administration levels: Province> Region> District > Village There are two Provinces (A and B). There are 2 Regions in Province A and 3 regions in Province B. Within each Region there are 2 Districts; and, within each District there are 2 Villages. Each administration level can be named. And administration levels can be added or removed. The project is webGIS based on Leaflet that helps in tracking where COVID hotspots occur The webGIS has several functions: Every member can create- save - delete markers and draw polygons on a map in leaflet (similar to what you see in google maps /earth) Like Google Maps, when the feature/icon is clicked there will be a pop-up menu or slider menu will appear with the tasks/ comments etc. Within the pop-up menu users can write a comment, tag a person using ‘@’, and assign a job to someone to fix the error, similar to Github. Images or documents can be uploaded with comments or tasks set. The person who is tagged will receive a notification that the job has been tasked. When the person clicks the notification, it will direct, load, and open the last tasking/marking. The person who is assigned the job will get updates on the status of the job. When tagging a person, it is only possible to tag members within the same or LOWER administration level. There is also a chat function. That is saved within the task and separately in a general chat Similar to slack where you can Mention people with @ and attach files. Individuals have access to a contact list with people in their administration or in lower administrations. SQL lite is used to store the comments and chats data.
