Tutor Teacher for .NET coding VB learning and correcting

I want someone to help me solve coding problems when I get stuck. I have created VB code in visual studio 2017 free version. It is a .NET framework in VB visual basic. I am in need of tutoring and help. I have no experience writing code other than CSS, HTML, and some SQL. The code I have does not work and I have just started writing code so I need guidance, help, correcting, and some one that can step in and make the code work properly. I have multiple problems and I am trying to resolve in this code. If this goes well I would like to have help coding long term. Requirements - talk me through sections of code. I will have gotomeeting for screen sharing, the help can be via messaging chat or voice call in. - explain functions and the use in the code - add (or help me add) any code needed - help me find the best way to solve problems Essential: - good level of English - ability to solve problems - flexibility, patience, understanding When bidding, please state: - hourly rate - times available This can only be worked on via Screen share. My hours are 8:30 am eastern time to 5 eastern time. I prefer to work in in 1 to 2 hour blocks. I will need help periodically and will do my best to be flexible and work between my schedule and yours. I will typically try to schedule the time at least 1-2 days ahead of time up to a week ahead of time. I seek 15 minute increments for payments. I expect this to be 1-5 hours a week but not more than 7 hours a week. I may need help for as little as 2 months up to 6 months or longer.
