Your robot looks well designed, I will make a module at the base of the camera that rotates at least 180 degrees, you can get a cheap motor in a PTZ dome camera and integrate it, and for the camera I will use a laptop like the ones used by policemen. they are very efficient, I have occupied them with firefighters in real time and we see from a laptop inside the cab of the truck what happens live.
