With esp32 and python languaje I can develop rapid prototypes. Esp32 includes wifi and bt interfaces. 4g, gps and lora can be done with aditional modules. Low power is native in esp32 devices so the battery life should be maximized. The hw can be developed with available modules or manufactured pcb.
