A friend and I are building a passion project: a mouth guard that alerts basketball players if they drop their head below level, which helps them with dribbling a basketball (since keeping your head up is important to basketball). See video here:

We have figured out how to measure levelness and a vibrating motor to alert the user as he dips his head. We now need expertise on how to safely add the smallest rechargeable battery possible.
As such, we are in need of a PCB board manufacturer and assembler to design a PCB board with the following components:
Micro USB Connector
3.3v - 4.7v Battery
Regulator/Charger
Power Switch
LED Indicator Light (Red, Green)
Tilt Sensor
Vibrator Motor
PCB Functions
When power is on, and not plugged into USB
--- Light Green
When tilt sensor is active (incline > 5 degrees)
--- Send power to vibrator motor
--- Light Red
When unit is plugged into USB
--- charge battery
--- light turns to red while charging and green when charging complete
Battery Requirements:
--- 3.3 - 5v rechargeable
This board must be manufacturing ready, and able to scale.
The attached sketches are using a 3.3V CR2032 coin cell. We want to make this design rechargeable with the smallest battery dimensions possible.
