I would like to hire an Arduino Engineer for ENCODER LCD FEEDBACK

Hello, I am building a crank-engine for jet engines with an rotational encoder as angle feedback. The mechanical part is a gearbox that reduces the speed of a -dc-motor wich is connected through a PWM speed control. The outputshaft of this gearbox is connected mechanically to a 360pulses/revoulution rotary encoder with 2 channels (the encoder has 4 wires black-ground, red-power and green-channel A, white channel B and also a shield wire). I want an Arduino UNO to read the pulses from the encoder and write these pulses to an 16x2 LCD as "ANGLE (0-360) degrees". It should count from 0- 360 both ways CCW / CW. This will let me see the position of the Jet engine shaft. A pushbutton switch should when pressed record and store the degree of angle at the moment to let me be able to go back to this stored value later, and then rotate my crank engine to this value. (it should be able to store up to a minimum of 10 positions. (maybe I need another pushswitch for this?) Another pushbutton should when pressed, reset both the stored values and also set the angle to zero. The PWM control is connected directly to the DC-motor without any connections to the Arduino board. It is only the Rotating Encoder that is connected to the Arduino. I do need the wiering diagram and ofcourse the code to make this project work. I have no skills regarding programming at all. However a have managed to get the LCD screen write the "hello world" and the Encoder to send the pulses in to my computer in the arduino sketch. Best regards Henrik
