Workflow Process: • Client sign up on website and lead is sent to Zoho CRM ( I actually already have this setup) • I want to be able to send a customized email from Zoho to the client based on what their needs are. Need to have a database setup to pick from and generate email template. Example: city, state, image of property, type of care, price, etc. • Im assuming we need to have a database that we can pick what filters we need. Example: Hit send email to client and pick the filters and have those properties populate in the email. Trying to make this process as easy as possible for our sales guys to send to clients. Not sure what is the best or easiest database to create, but Ill let you tell me. We will continually be adding new properties to this database • After we send the email out to the client, I want to be able to send another email out to the properties we suggested for the client with all of our clients information (Client Registration). I was looking at zoho survey and this may be a good form for us to fill out explaining what our clients need are. So we want to have the contact information from the property that we can grab from the database to send the clients information. The facilities call and follow-up with client during the process as well. Im using Zoho now, but not opposed to any suggestions on other CRM
