I am an electronic engineer with over 4 years of experience working with PADS. I designed all kind of circuits in PADS with different number of layers. I am using PADS 9.3.1 and if you are using an older version of PADS there might be a problem with the library i will create for this project. The problem is that from PADS 2009, Mentor Graphics changed the library format and they have different extension from PADS 2005.
