You need a "turn on-off" device that will work from a high voltage source but through wi-fi is controlled by the phone or someone as a radio transmitter from like a car alarm , it, in turn, will turn it on via relays and turn off your equipment, it can easily manage a high voltage, and I can help you with this, this solution will be cheap, I order such things in China
