Add some pdf data to an existing Excel Database

I have 5 pdfs, with 11 tables, which have 10 rows of data. A total of 550 rows need entering and each row has 10 columns (some will just be dragged down ie the date of the pdf). A total of 5500 data points are required. I'd say a manual approach would take 3-4 hours. I need an analyst that will not make any errors!
