Your project sounds interesting, and I'd love to explore all of the specific features and enhancements you're looking to have implemented into your existing real estate acquisition Excel model. I think I would make a great fit given my experience - I have over 15 years of corporate experience working in Excel creating advanced automated dashboards, reports, tools and calculators which included beautiful graphical displays of data/information. I enjoy creating complex algorithms using Excel formulas, and automating tasks using manual VBA coding is one of my favorite things to do.
I now operate my own Excel based home business 100% full time using the skills I've obtained throughout my corporate career. I have a few portfolio items on my Freelancer home profile if you want to take a look, and I have a more detailed file with numerous screen shots of my work as well – I can send it over for your review if you’d like.
Perhaps I could take a quick peek at the existing model to get an idea of what would be required for the improvements? If for some reason I felt that the project is too advanced for my skills, I will tell you right away to not waste any of your time.
