I have a document (see below) that needs to be edited. I need to add a new cell between the cells that already exist. I need to be able to add a new cell anywhere on the new document and have the existing cells shift over. The new document does not have to be in MS-Word it can be in any format (excel, pdf, etc..) so long as I can insert a new cell between the existing cells and have the cells underneath shift over.
