Virtual assistant.. Reporting and monitoring

This is a long term project. We'll do few tests to get the right person on this project. We are looking for an operational person. Please read the full description.
Requirement:
1. Undergraduate or a graduate degree and mastering Excel and google spreadsheet.
2. Good writing and communicating skills (English)
3. You have to schedule and organize our promoting system. (you will be trained)
4. Upload daily result into google spreadsheet and make the graphic chart.
5. Having an experience with SQL and Excel pivot is a plus.
6. Your workload will be at least 2H / day (10h a week with) may be extended later.
7. Must be available during EST time office hours (between 8am - 11am when starting)
