1) We require a CA preferably from Andhra Pradesh & Telangana location who can assist us and advise us on LLP compliance work and other business related works. 2) For compliance work, the forms would be filled and filed by us, but for verification purposes, to review the work done by the company staff and for certification purposes we would need CA assistance. 3) CA should be easily contactable on chat [company selected app] during our business hours. 4) CA Should be responsive to email. 5) CA should be quick in responding to chat/email/call and also in work completion. 6) CA should inform us about new updates related to LLP or other legal compliance work mandatory for us. 7) CA should have good understanding and ability to clarify doubts and queries in simple language. Kindly note, we only need service for individual works as and when approached. We expect an invoice after every work done, then the payment will be processed on work completion.
