Add Flash to existing logo

Hi have a current logo which is attached. I want to have this as my logo on my website (approx 450x150 pixels) but i want it to be animated in flash. I want the bucket of the digger to be full of orange "dirt" which are the letters of "Failsworth" The arm will the raise, the bucket will open and rop the dirt onto the logo which will fill the word in. You can see this very clearly in my diagram I am also open (and will pay extra) for other suggestions such as the driver's hand waving, maybe the tracks of the machine moving. If you can get the machine to actually drive into place, then start the above animation then that would be fantastic.
