Flash/PHP eCommerce Developer

We are a small West Midlands based design agency looking for a Flash/PHP developer to work on an e-commerce project that we've got coming up in January. The client sells sports clothing, and he wants the user to be able to upload a club badge, sponsors logo, name and number on the back. He then wants the site to be able to show a live preview of the product, but the customer checks out using SagePay. Send us your thoughts on how you would approach this project, an idea of availability and some examples of previous work. The ideal candidate would be based in the midlands, but its not essential. The end project would also ideally be built in PHP - we don't normally work with ASP, but we're open to discussion. Look forward to hearing from you all.
