Bird Animation

Please see the Bird Pic on the right hand side of the header. [login to view URL] Here are the characteristics of the Red Heart Bird. For the purpose of explanation we will label the speed of the heart beat as Level 1,2,3,4. 4 being the fastest. Please Study these attributes and incorporate them into the bird. The story line should start off with the page loading with [login to view URL] appearing, then the Bird flies in from the right and writes "passionately yours..." then it flies back to the right where there will be a thin branch sticking out (proportionate to the bird) where it sits. As a general rule, since the bird is not animated much, its heart is everything; therefore the focus is going to be on the heart. The faster the bird moves the faster the heartbeat. Mainly you have to come up with 3-4 rhythmic beats from slow to fast. We may even include sound into the heartbeat later on, after we can see a sample. When the cursor comes to the flash area, the bird should immediately fly towards the cursor and interact with it. Excitedly! at first ( Energetic heartbeat Level 3), if there is some motion it should follow the cursor to the location slowly all the while the heartbeat being steady( Level 2). When the cursor is motionless it will stay around the cursor for a while... then fly back to its branch on the right. While seated it will have a calm Level 1 heartbeat. The bird will also be there on the Checkout and Help page. The details of which I will provide to you later. But generally when a purchase is made the bird will carry out an excited motion and will maintain a level 4 heartbeat throughout the motion. When you try to recreate a motion around the cursor to show Excitement within the bird when it is around the cursor look at some Hummingbird videos to help you .Or any other small bird to get an idea. Also there might be a sound added to the birds heartbeat. Soft sound, were not sure on that yet... as we do not want to create any disturbance on the site. But we will let you know soon.
