Hi, I am a small business owner. I own and operate a doll store, where I sell nationally (sometimes) but usually sell and rent locally here in Los Angeles. So I am focused primarily on local advertising (targeted to southern CA). It is an adult-oriented business, but pretty plain vanilla. My former partner used to run the AdWords account but he left about a year ago and it has sat there doing nothing, because I know nothing about AdWords (which I suppose is now GoogleAds). I'm looking for someone to come in and optimize those old Google ad campaigns and manage them for me. I need someone who is proven and knows what they are doing (certified, references, etc.) and has great communication skills (to speak to me as an educated layman). Basically, I want to see what kind of a pop I can get by re-starting the Google ads and go from there. Thanks, Josh
