Homepage Advert - Photoshop, Graphic Design

I'd like an advert creating for my website homepage. The ad will feature two photographs, one of which will be manipulated into a number of forms or special effects, including pop art, colour splash, opie, soft focus, painting, stencil and moggridge. I will also require an example classic montage. I will only entertain bids from those that can show examples of each of the above effects. The layout of the ad is attached.
