Email Signature HTML Coding

I have no knowledge of HTML coding but a great knowledge of design. I created a custom email signature in adobe illustrator and would love to have it coded so that I could use the signature across multiple email interfaces (gmail, mac mail, outlook). I don't want the signature to be included as an attachment but coded properly so that it is inline with the email and automatically loads with the email. The custom social media icons at the bottom would also link to the respective sites as well as the web address of our organization. There are multiple signatures that would need to be created with different contact information as well. Assuming the first email is created properly we could discuss the other signatures.
