Logo for Business Consultancy

I am looking for a designer to come up with a logo for a new business consultancy. The company name is Meta Consulting, focusing on business strategy and direction, internal process and productivity, project management, improving customer care, developing management capabilities, etc. We are looking for a fresh, unique design, representing change, even possibly incorporating the greek (refer to attachment). Relying on designer's creative vision, no preference on either use of name or symbol logo. Primary use: web and print Requirments: 5-6 initial design concepts, Revisions until satisfied, Vector art only Files in ai (RGB, CMKY, Greyscale, etc.), pdf Original design, no use of clipart, google vector, etc. All rights to work, Please provide samples of previous work or initial concepts to be considered. Designers who submit initial concepts, or mockups (even hand drawn) will be considered above those who just send portfolios.
