You should have experience with modern web design trends and be able produce very clean markups. For the selection process: 1. Quote "Bootstrap" in the first line of your bid. 2. Post 2 (Only 2) links with Web Designs you have done using Bootstrap or Foundation. This is the most important filter I will consider in the bids. 3. You should be able to provide strong evidence of your design skills in your portfolio/links, otherwise you will be asked to make a quick test to show your skills. 4. All spam. copy/paste, unrelated and application with more THAN 5 LINES will be REJECTED and will be place on the Public Board ... I will keep this position open until I find the right person.
