The [login to view URL] will review the request and verify the lead by calling the customer, once confirmed then the lead will be posted online for the contractors to place their bids. then the companies ( contractors) who are registered will be notified that there are bids open for a week or a month, Lead will be closed with the top 3 best deals for the project owner to chose from. The review will be based on the amount, duration of the project. The system will have feedback on the contractor as well as on the building owner. The System should give a trial period for the companies for a 15 days then a certain fee will be charged, but free for who ever wants to place a project.
