Wordpress Website with Effects

I need a website to be created similar in the functionality of: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] These sites are flashed based websites but I am looking for something along the lines of HTML5 and Jquery and or AJAX for the fade effects and navigation drop down effects. This website will need to load similarly to the [login to view URL] website. The pages will need a fade effect also. The actual layout and design will be provided by me. This site must have a clean easy to use mobile version and must be responsive and SEO friendly. I also need a site search to be included in the website. The CMS will be wordpress and it must be very easy to use to upload images to the galleries, sliders, and content pages. I want my client to be able to adjust the contact forms if needed and to have a traffic statistic report. The images and albums along with the blog must have the same search word database. Example: If the client searches the word "blue" I want the gallery that is tagged with the keyword "blue" to show along with a separate section to showcase the individual images that are tagged with the word "blue" and the blogs that mention the word "blue". I also want a multi-image uploader so my client does not have to upload one image at a time. Along with a mass tagger to tag multiple images with the same word. This should be well organized and easy to use. The gallery should enable my client to select a current amount of images from any gallery for the home slider. The home slider will be the main feature of the website and must be user friendly. Once my client selects the images from any gallery it will go live for the home slider. I do not want my client to have to upload images to two places. It should be the same place. The slider needs to resize and adjust the images being used for the home so it fits properly. I will also provide the page copy to be uploaded by you. Every main page will have a copy provided. This website MUST be responsive and mobile friendly.
