Custom image to use in HD videos - URGENT

URGENT - need design done immediately and delivered by 6am GMT (<5 hrs!) I create piano lesson videos. I want a professional image to put on the top part of the video (above piano keys) so that you see the piano stand and some of the strings in the back, plus the name 'PianoKeyz' engraved onto the piano backboard above the keys. The stand part that holds the sheets must be black (somewhat glossy) to match my piano. *SEE EXAMPLE FILES - the examples are good except it is a brown stand and it's not the correct angle - it should look more overhead. The image with the actual piano is an example of the angle it will be, so the piano graphic should match it graphically.
